Stéphane graduated from the IFI/Rouen Business School and from a
Bank & Finance Master. Stéphane joined Aurige Finance in September 2009 after several years spent in a M&A Boutique.

He carried out assignments in Mergers & Acquisitions and fund raising. He advised companies in the Electronics, IT and Training sectors.
